Coverage is for the first 4 years or 80,000 km, whichever comes first*. Powertrain Limited warranty coverage for 5 years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first*. Sheet metal corrosion coverage is for the first 4 years or 80,000 km, whichever comes first. Rust-through coverage for 9-5 is for the first 6 years/unlimited km. Rust-through coverage for 9-3 is for the first 10 years/unlimited km. Ask your Saab Retailer about details on your warranty coverage.
After the initial 30-day check-up you can relax in the knowledge that regularly scheduled services are due just once every 16,000 kms for the 9-3 Sport Sedan and Convertible, and for the 9-5 Sedan. The Saab Maintenance Program acilitates trouble-free, low cost ownership with the help of service technicians and sophisticated diagnostic equipment. Saab service technicians receive ongoing training and continuous updates on Saab services, engineering and technology.
Along with the New Vehicle Warranty, we also offer additional coverage with the Extended Service Plan, providing you with wider coverage, increased flexibility and even greater peace of mind.

Saab SSP Coverage
Your Saab was built to exacting specifications. We are confident in its reliability but local climate, road conditions and normal vehicle usage cause even the best components to fail occasionally.The Saab SSP Coverage is your safeguard against costly vehicle repairs and provides peace of mind while you're on the road. When you're protected by Saab Service Plan both parts and labour are covered. You pay only your deductible, if any, for covered repairs.

^Saab 9-3 sheet metal rust-through coverage is 10 years/ unlimited kilometres.
